What brought this on? (Picture of the week)
Well it was a cold frosty morning, and if it suits you, I was inspired by the formations on the car windscreen – the shapes, the colours and all those other things that artists say.
In reality I was just cold and really couldn’t be bothered to venture out too far.
So I had a wander round my shed, which has holes in the roof and found a bit of old temporary fencing (the photo with the red background) and then noticed there was a ladder sort of going nowhere. That was the moment when a call came from the kitchen about a cup of coffee, so it was back inside via the wooden fence. I’ll leave you to work out what the remaining one really is.
It all came about with this suggestion about “see how many pictures you can take in five minutes.”
I am sure for the majority of photographers this challenge brings out their imaginative and creative skills. Perhaps one day I’ll be able to do just that but for the moment you’re going to have to put up with leaky outhouses, smudged windscreens and a ladder which would be viewed suspiciously by any health and safety officer.
Next week though is going to be fabulous. I’m going to attempt to square the circle. (Time for the mathematicians to shake their heads sadly and for the rest of you to raise your eyebrows) Wait and see!
